Meet Our Staff

Our team of dedicated educators and support staff are committed to providing the best possible education for our students.

House

What is House?

House is an exceptional time that allows students to interact with their peers and teachers. House is named after the idea that our school interacts as those within a house- we treat each other with love and respect. When students have the opportunity to interact with their peers in a positive way, mutual respect is learned, and the concepts of teamwork and responsibility are gleaned. Competitions, community service events, and teambuilding events are regularly scheduled for students to participate in.

What does it look like?

Students are divided into sections (Houses) in a systematic manner and House is scheduled for a weekly gathering. When students are in their House, they will complete the task that is scheduled for that day. Some days, the “task” is a time of competition; other times, the “task” is to write a letter to a resident in the nursing home. Whatever the task, we want students to participate and complete the task to the best of their ability.

Student Leadership

Each House has a Captain and Scribe. The two positions are positions of leadership within the school. To be voted in as a House Captain or Scribe, students must demonstrate the virtues and have a track record of responsibility. Being able to communicate efficiently and maturely are communicable traits that must be evidenced.
